14.    Exercising this option provides you a link to www.eBay.com, which is a renowned auctioning site, where you bid for the article/item/services.  All the terms and conditions of the user agreement of www.eBay.com would be applicable.  Therefore, this site owner undertakes no liability relating to any of the aspects whatsoever. 

15.    The latest bid price indicated in this option is an electronically transmitted one from that site and as such, for its accuracy Axill undertakes no liability.

16.    No liability whatsoever, be it the interpretation, accuracy or completeness of the information, the prices, merchantability and the fitness of the article/item/service bid by you in that site is undertaken by Axill.

17.    Axill do not either expressly or impliedly do not undertake any liability relating to the aspects of completeness of the transaction, the shipment, the warranties, the delays in shipment, the loss of the item/article/services during the transit, the damages caused to the item/article/services during the transit, damages incurred from ordering, using or returning, any disagreement between you and the vendor etc.

OPTION 3 (Get IT)

18.    Exercising this option would entitle you to own the article/item/service displayed at a free of cost provided, you become eligible according the offer as set out therein and Axill approves your eligibility.

19.    The article/item/service you are entitled will be supplied by the concerned store at which it is available against the payment made by Axill for the purchase of the article/item/service on your behalf.  The liability of Axill terminates soon after the payment is made to the vendor on your behalf.

20.    In pursuance of the condition no. 16, you will become the owner of the article/item/service after completing the necessary formalities as set out in the vendor’s site.

21.    Axill will not undertake any liability as to the merchantability and the fitness of the article/item/service, which you are entitled to become the owner.

22.    Axill also do not undertake any liability relating to the aspects of the shipment, the warranties, the delays in shipment, the loss of the item/article/services during the transit, the damages caused to the item/article/services during the transit, damages incurred from using or returning.
